TDS manifests itself in a couple of ways. The most severe and obvious cases are found exclusively in trumpers.
They are truly deranged regarding all things trump.

If, as a nation, we are insane enough to where it looks as if trump has a chance to win as we approach November, there will be a number of things becoming more unhinged.

I think everyone should prepare themselves for Trump v Biden 2 Electric Boogaloo this election. Yall can hope they are replaced or excluded but with each passing day it looks like it's happening.

Trump has a way of shooting himself in the foot. Using his political might to insert his daughter-in-law as Co-Chair of the RNC proves it. Nobody is going to like it when she starts funneling money to pay his personal legal expenses.
