I think it was more republicans not challenging in court voting law changes until after the election took place. Courts were never going to toss election results

It was bizarre.

They filed all these appeals… after the fact.

The courts looked at them dumbfounded and said - “What do you want us to do? The didn’t break the law, they changed the law. Dismissed.”
