This is my attempt to set this up. Apologies for anything I screw up...

Rules:
Pick a foursome - one golfer from each group (A, B, C, D). Scoring is best ball by hole in each round. Lowest 4 round score wins. Team must be posted prior to the first tee time.

Tie Breaker #1 - Final round score of the winner.

Tie Breaker #2 - Total four round score of the winner.

FYI - Please check your lineup to see they are scheduled to play.

I'll let @95 Vol Alum update the standings as he can. I've done my best to group the golfers using the World Golf Rankings. The golfers are ordered by their current rankings.

Does anyone have the scoring system 95 uses? He somehow uses excel and just has to enter each players score. But I’m an idiot at excel. And yes, I already know I’m just an idiot in general, no need for snarky comments.

All I know is he scores my rounds at 2x point values... do I send the check to you this week?

If there’s a system, I could at least try to score last w week’s. I don’t have the time to do this manually honestly.

18 holes x 4 days. Each day the best score from all of your players on each hole determines your score. 2 points for eagle. 1 point for a birdie. Zero for par. Minus 1 for a bogey. Minus 2 for double bogie. So each day you score each of the 18 holes from all of your players with the best score from your group of players. For example, if your 4 players shoot a birdie, a par, a bogie, and a double bogie on the 4th hole on the first day - you are +1 on that hole on that day. If all 4 have birdies, you score +1. If all 4 score bogies, you score minus 1. You will have 72 numbers to add up in each tournament to determine your score.

Then the points earned each week are given based on where your score falls in the list of VN participants. If 20 enter, the best score earns 20 points, 19 for second, etc. I’m not sure if the winner gets extra points or not. They might get a 5 point bonus.

Yes, I know that part. I meant how he inputs it. He has a streamlined system of some sorts

Seems too complicated for just a spreadsheet unless there’s a lot of code in the cell formulas. I always assumed that it was a program/software of some type that would interface with a website that posts players scores. The data entry would be the 4 picks of each player on the front end.

It takes me about 5 minutes each day to add up my score.
