Can one of you young guys tell me the music playing at the start of the 3rd video when they're doing the 2 on 1 punch out drill? Thanks.

Not sure how any of the four QBs are not sharp and crisp every day. Impossible to be perfect or even great every day but they can sure be sharp mentally and giving 100% effort on every throw. It's time to compete for the position and if you come out on any day not ready to go, you aren't the guy for the job.

I thought Hendon looked fantastic in the videos we saw today. He's obviously got the most experience of the quartet, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him be the starter come game 1. Maurer looks to be on the outside looking in for the starting position at this point. Sucks, but there can only be one starter. I know Golesh said he wanted to cut narrow it down after the first week or so.

It was a very short video but Swain saw the entire practice and thinks it’s Hooker/Milton tier 1, HB 3 and Maurer 4

Btw, for you all that say, “well HB is a gamer”

Said the term gamer is waaaay overblown. Said Dobbs is the only player cited over the last decade as a “gamer” but he was actually a good practice player just wasn’t at first in 2013 when he was competing for the job.

He said when he played there wasn’t a single player on the team that played better in game than practice. Said there’s waaaay more players that play well in practice but not in game than “gamers”

One of the college video games had Herndon as highest rated and starter...I'm like yeah right guess those guys do their research

The good thing about all of this qb1 battle is that all have some experience. I do believe the battle is between Hooker/Milton/Bailey. One of these guys will be the starter. I could see Hooker being #1 for now and maybe all season while Milton and Bailey battle for the #2 or we could all be wrong and have no idea what they are thinking. I think by the end of the week we will truly know, but all of these guys are having ups and downs. Consistent will win the job

I have only seen a little bit of what has been going on in the QB practice. Therefore, I think the coaches will play the players, including QBs, who will make the fewest mistakes and give us the best chance to win each game. After all, their futures as coaches depend on winning and recruiting. The players playing will have an impact on how successful we are at recruiting.

They will full scrimmage Thursday and next Tuesday. I think they’ll know most of the depth chart by then.

It is definitely 1 of those 3 for QB1. Bailey could have easily been taking 3rd reps if they felt the other two needed more work than he did. Not saying thats the case. Week 1 is different than week 3. So who really knows, also add to that injuries happen so maybe they are keeping them all in the mix for now. Like mentioned before, by Friday we know who the starter is.
