Since 1891, the University of Tennessee has played college football. Legends have roamed the field and the sidelines. Championship teams, huge upsets, and even some disappointments have filled the lives of countless Vols fans.
27 coaches and student coaches have guided the Vols all these seasons, including Neyland , Wyatt, Dickey, Majors, Fulmer, and now Heupel. One of their greatest accomplishments, are the number of shutouts the Vols defenses have. Counting the “ lost years” of 1894-1895 and the unofficial seasons of 1917-1918, the Vols have allowed 0 points 290 times!



Here’s to hoping for many more in the future!!
