He’s supposed to have a lot of power. Hard to know how “big” of a recruit is (at least for us fans) this early since that class hasn’t been ranked. But obviously, TV & Co. like him.

Tremendous athlete with a very high ceiling in baseball skills. He can do things on a baseball field that most cannot. Has 2 more years of HS and summer ball. He is a great pick up for the Vols. High character, hard worker, good teammate.

He compares very favorably. Physically, he is not quite as big. Strength, on par. Speed, on par. Above the shoulders, superior.

I saw him pitch in a HS JV game last spring. He was 83-84. That’s a huge difference in only about 14 months.

I used to study minor league stats trying to find the next stars so i could get their rookie cards. Now all those cards i have aren't worth the paper they are printed on, but its a part of my childhood i will never forget. But it would be cool to see what kind of numbers these guys put up. Wish high school and college ball were as popular as other sports.
