So it's a Catch 22. Powell doesn't have hard evidence because only the election commissions have the evidence. How can you prove what you aren't allowed to have. See how this works? There's the appearance of funny things happening - negative votes just don't happen, but they did, and without access you can't say the deletions were nefarious or proper. If you can keep the records closed, and that's what the election commissions do, then no one can get to the hard evidence to prove fraud or to accept things as correct. There's good reason for the old saying about not being able to fight city hall.

Which MI legislators are we talking about - MI congress or MI legislators in the US congress. I can't read the article, and the comments are unclear about which body we're discussing. Assuming it's the state, then by what means would Trump coerce them?

Hmm, so to maintain power the President will pressure state officials to discard the votes of the citizenry, and award him their Electoral College votes.

Pretty sure someone on here said this is the sort of thing that should result in a march to the gallows.

I'll not go that far, but it's an interesting point of view.

Hmmm. Now that it's not an all male force. I guess it's possible some can count to 12 ... and for the "special" ones maybe even 13 ... or just 10. It used to be so much simpler.

Georgia's hand recount has reaffirmed former Vice President Joe Biden's narrow lead over President Donald Trump in the state, according to the Georgia Secretary of State's Office.

The hand count found Biden ahead in Georgia by 12,284 votes, while the original count found Biden ahead by 12,780 votes. Trump gained a margin difference of 0.0099%, according to a report from the state. An additional 5,262 votes were counted in the hand count than the original count, according to the report.

Smartmatic has had all sorts of allegations thrown at them, and some carefully worded insinuations of a relationship to Dominion, whose voting machines are used all over the US.

However I did hear something today suggesting the Army had secured the real vote count from a server overseas... or something like that.

Shew, thank goodness they found it.

Smartmatic. And I think the claim revolves around remote monitoring of the real time vote count via built in backdoors in the counting machines. It hasn’t been debunked because frankly no hard evidence has been provided that it’s present in this generation of machines thus far. Just claims of affidavits and evidence.

Rudy spent about 30 minutes today quoting from an affidavit claiming it was proof. Problem is that very affidavit had already been thrown out of court for insufficient information.

All this other crap is irrelevant. It’s going to come down to the computer systems. I know two guys I really trust. Both graduate level degrees in statistics. Both have been crunching the publicity available numbers. One is convinced it’s fraud and the other isn’t sure.

This stuff is going to come out sooner or later.

I think Dominion has outright denied any connection with Smartmatic.

Smartmatic was founded in FL and now HQ is in the UK. They occasionally audit results by confirming on their end but NO, they don't send the initial tabulation there.
If your referencing the conspiracy that their software is used in the swing states that use Dominion, that's completely false. Smartmatic does not license or sell any software to other tabulation companies.

The only time I think it's guaranteed to come out would be if a nobody third party candidate won a presidential election rather than get the normal 1% or so of the vote. That's when both parties would go after it tooth and nail and a few somebodies would fry.
