Good, does that mean no more calls for lock downs, schools reopen, no need for another stimulus and everyone goes back to work?

1) Biden has not said he wants or can order a lock down. He has said that based on the science he will promote use of masks and social distancing.

2) I cannot recall Biden saying that as President he has control over schools being open or not. I doubt he thinks he does.

3) Trump was originally pushing more stimulus big time, but that was just before he opposed it, which came right before he was for it again. (See my comment about mercurial antics of Trump versus stability of Biden). The Dems and GOP would focus stimulus more to their constituents, which is nothing new. That's how they bargain with one another. One thing for sure is that Biden will not make McConnell come over and kiss his ring on tv as a precondition to negotiate, a la Trump.
