A berth in the SEC Tournament would be a solid achievement and a winning record in conference play would be good.

Well, I’ve looked at the schedule several times and I have settled on a prediction of 35-21 overall and 15-15 in SEC play.

I admire you optimism.

I’m hearing if the season started today the weekend rotation would be Stallings, Lingo and Neely. Crochet will be the closer. It’s of no slight to Crochet either as he will be arguably the best weapon coming out of the pen in the SEC. With as many tight games as there are I like this move. They can afford to do it with the veteran arms they have. The pitching staff is extremely deep. Can’t wait for the App St series!

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Andre on a lot of lists. He is really good.

So I was looking at Alabama’s SEC schedule and it’s probably the toughest in the conference. In addition to playing the West teams, they also play VU, UF, SC, and UGA from the East. They miss UT, Mizzou, and UK who were all picked as the bottom three in the East by the coaches. Alabama missed out on Hoover last year and are picked last in the West this year. They may be improved, but their schedule certainly doesn’t do them any favors.

They are a good candidate for UT to finish ahead of in the standings.
