FSU appears it is close to announcing. There are rumblings that it will be Campbell.

Arky seems to be in pursuit of Kiffin.

I don't think Kiffin will go to Arkansas, I'm probably wrong however it doesn't seem like a good fit for his personality plus its impossible to recruit there
It's difficult without good ties to TX. Kiffin can recruit with the best so he might do well there. I could see Briles being a good fit there, maybe not now but in the next few years.

Oh yeah? What has he been offered so far?
He could have had the ole miss job two years ago before they removed the interim tag from Luke. He declined because of the ncaa cloud that was hanging over the program’s head. I’m just saying a guy that’s having the kind of success that he’s having shouldn’t just jump at a job simply because it’s in the SEC. Missouri is not a good job. It’s probably the second worst job in the conference only ahead of vandy.

I will agree with you that its a bad job, they don't belong in the conference. I think Arkansas is a terrible job as well, ever been to Fayetteville?

just to be fair and accurate. Bobby Wilder resigned.

Taggart and Shane Beamer are top mentions.

Fayetteville's a pretty nice town honestly, I don't think its the best in the SEC but that doesn't make it bad. Northwest Arkansas really is a lot nicer than the rest of the state

Herman at Texas fires his OC & DC after going 7-5.

At Texas, he's on the hot seat. He's one and done next year if that 7-5 is not improved significantly.

Not if he hired Baby Briles again. He would get two OCs (Art) in one and strong recruiting ties to Texas HS Football.

He's one and done next year entering his 4th season?

Arkansas isn't as bad of a job as most think it is honestly. Good strong fan base and no professional sports teams in the state so fans are all in one Razorbacks. Good donor with deep pockets helps.
