I’d love for your other account to be right about Dobbs.

We’re still waiting for that to happen though.
The only one with two accounts is you. You and FLVOL_79 have to be the same person. I hope we don't have two Vol "fans" that are this ignorant.

It's hard not to. You cant make a post about anything positive or negativewithout the same JG sucks crowd come in. Then posters like me provide the counter.

Just like the coach search threads. The JG debates start when the posts start about how terrible JG is and how he won't start or will transfer.

I know, it's always, but he hit me first. lol.

Whatever the case, you guys may need your own personal JG thread soon. :)

Calm down Francis . Just some team stats to see where the team lined up in the country if anyone was curious. I was saddened to see not much changed from last year statistically outside of 1 extra win.
Well we went after a coach from the exact same tier we grabbed the other ones from.

I welcome all challengers. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽

But come on Freak you know someone can post about the weather and certain people would talk about how JG can't play in that type of weather. Lol.

Yards? Touchdowns? Wins?

No. Completion percentage brah. Lol.

His ypa nor his completion percentage is very impressive when you take into account that he only had 246 arrempts on the season, good for 13th in the SEC, slightly above Fromm.

When you don't throw, there's no chance for an incomplete or an interception.

And yet nothing you mention changes the fact that Tennessee was terrible this year and showed almost zero improvement from last year.

Can you even read? I never proposed either. It was a condemnation of using gross yardage stats over efficiency stats. I didn't even mention UT.

lolwut? Completion PERCENTAGE...doesn't matter if you throw a little or a lot...it's a percentage.

The point about INTs actually makes sense. Which is why you view int/pass attempts stats. Again, gross stats are BAD stats.

You've never dealt with low sample-size in any sort of statistical analysis have you?

Okay, now for you all saying we suck on offense? Why, yes. We do. No other way to say that. Wont have a good offense without a good OL. Period.

But, if I say "I ran a 4.5 forty yard dash, and then I put 50 pounds on my back and ran a 4.5 dash again wearing the 50 pounds," you could say "no improvement," but the fact that the numbers are the same doesnt discount that something happened that was impressive.

For us to be the same rank we were last year, and to do it WITHOUT Kahlil McKenzie, Rashaan Gaulden, Emmanuel Mosley, Cam Sutton, Justin Martin, Cortez McDowell, Colton Jumper, Kendal Vickers, to me is impressive. You instead managed to do it with Alontae Taylor, Bryce Thompson, Trevon Flowers, Baylen Buchanan, Shawn Shamburger, and other young guys.

I think if we can get some studs and solid development on our Dline, we will see an awesome ceiling with our D.

Our O needs some work though.
