Yes, "wait til next year" season begins already. Have you peeked at next year's schedule? First 4 SEC games: Florida, at Georgia, at Auburn, Alabama.

Yikes.

Same. Some people who probably don't watch much football outside of UTK/SEC probably are thinking West Virginia as a win. Having seen them live this year myself, I can tell you that's a big fat NO.

If we get a good coach, Vandy, Missouri, UK, UF, and SC are all winnable.

If new staff can develop the talent no reason why not to go 9-3 8-4 with loses to Georgia, Auburn, Bama, Florida a toss up.

If Grier and Sills are back for WVU they will score 50 on this defense at minimum. If vandy can put up 500 yards, WVU will put up about 700.

Yikes.

I was able to predict Auburn's rise this year, despite predictions their coach could get fired. Whoever TN rotates in from the West is always the top team other than Alabama. Happens every year. Or in this year's case, we got the only SEC team to beat Auburn.

Our out of conference schedule (outside WVU) is just horrible. Do they want people to spend good money to see those three games??

Petersen could go 10-2 next year with the talent we have. No worse than 7-5

I don't see it. Where is the talent on the d-line, WR and, especially LB?

It's going to take any coach a few years. Hopefully, just a few

Bituli has all SEC talent, Sapp is fast just needs coaching (like whole team). Ignont and Reid both have all sec talent. Taylor and Phillips both have all.American talent. We have 4-5 big time lineman coming in. Loaded at running back. 3 capable QBs that need some coaching. A healthy offensive line with addition Mays will be the best in conference. Loaded, just need coaching.
