The team is playing at level to be competitive in all the remaining conference games. Not saying they win them all, or any of them, but they should be in them. As long as you are in the game, you're only a break or two away from winning.

The biggest difference is the stuff they are doing off the field. They have a real Strength and conditioning program, practicing more efficiently, and going after recruits who fit their system. Guys are getting better but there are guys who just aren’t very good, or don’t fit the system, but are playing because We don’t have anyone else at the position.

Not many. Part of the problem last year was the system. This one is much more WR friendly.

Thanks for the reminder. I’ll be a better fan so they can win every game remaining on the schedule. Funny how the fans have shown up 100K strong for every game the last 10 years and still losing. Maybe dressing out would help!!! I’m all in on Pruitt but saying they are arguably better does not show up in the win column. I’ve seen arguably not any better also. You have to play what you got. Before Butch lost the team he won 9 games with these players.
I love messing with fans on here.

Based on what model or estimation? You are certainly in the minority with that opinion.

By most predictions, 5-7 or better is much more likely.

By my own simulator, we are 80% to win at least 1 of the remaining 3 sec games, plus Charlotte.

4-8 last year was only guaranteed when CBJ was fired with two games left on the schedule and Brady Hoke was put in charge. Of course this delighted many of the Fahr Butch crowd as now they could crow forever about the worst season in program history. Far too many were terrified we would win 6 games and a bowl game thus insuring CBJ ket his job.

As is the norm when the guy that recruited you is fired mid season, the players effort plummeted. That team still had a chance to win at least one if not both of the remaining games.
