Open with Georgia Tech in ATL. Road games Florida, Bama. Home games UGA and LSU. Oh and USCjr in Knoxville...

Could this coming season be a 5, 6, 7 win team? 😰

Of course. We have absolutely no shot at being a good team next year. Might as well forfeit now and just cancel UT football. Jesus man. I find it hilarious that some UT fans think that every other team in the country can improve EXCEPT the team they say they support.

It could be terrible. We are losing a lot of talent. Couple that with breaking in a new qb and being very poorly coached to begin with. This year was our best chance at making a playoff run

Everyone expected this to be our year to really be dominant, and we dropped the ball. I'm hoping with everyone saying we won't be good next year, that they shock us all.

Are you kidding? I look at that schedule and think, could this be an 11-win regular season coming up?

We have UGA and LSU at home. FL is slowly imploding, 2 years now and running. And the hard games are nicely spread out, unlike the 2016 gauntlet, 4 hardest in a row.

If it weren't for having a brand new QB and needing to replace almost all our defensive leadership, I'd be super-excited about our chances in 2017. Even with those challenges, I'm pretty stoked.

Having said all that, I'd prefer to focus on 2016 for now...football season is too short already without being distracted from the present. Plenty of time to think about the upcoming 2017 in, well in 2017.

Our own fans quitting before the 2017 season hasn't even started yet? They'll fit right in with Hurd & Williams.

One positive with all of our injuries is that MANY young players have played a LOT of football. So, who knows? My bet is we'll be solid and contend for the East again.

I see a 9-3 or 8-4 season unless the Vols can win in the Swamp. Then possibly 10-2 with loses at Bama and LSU at home.

Unfortunately our track record really does lend to the presumption that we in fact may not be able to improve. Just sayin.

I'm really really worried about the 2036 season. We don't even know what that schedule's gonna be. It could be horrible! And some of our best players haven't even been born yet. All sorts of things could go wrong.

I just don't see how we're gonna get wins.

I refuse to preemptively Nega a season while a current season is taking place. Slow your roll.

Right now it'll be 7-5,8-4,9-3, but just let the hype train get rolling, by next summer we'll be predicting 11-1 and a playoff spot.

Game will be banned by that point. No need to worry.

They'll play the best matchup in the A division flag football league on Saturdays.

Only 3 probable losses on there that I see. We'll be favored against everyone except Bama, LSU, and Florida.
