Fox News announces it will host a GOP presidential debate on March 3 from Detroit, hosted by Megyn Kelly, Bret Baier and Chris Wallace. Can't wait to hear Trump ***** and moan about this.

"I'm tired of being divided against each other for political reasons like this president's done," Rubio said, according to The Guardian. "Always pitting people against each other. Always."

Rubio continued: "Look at today: he gave a speech at a mosque. Oh, you know, basically implying that America is discriminating against Muslims. Of course there's discrimination in America, of every kind. But the bigger issue is: radical Islam. And by the way, radical Islam poses a threat to Muslims themselves."

Maybe we will get lucky and he won't attend this one either.

The more I watch Rubio speak, the more I like him. He'd be a good president and would be a positive for Anglo-American relations.

I liked him after the first debate. Hated him after the foreign policy debate. Would consider him in the general.

Kasich is the only one I truly like at this point

Yeah I really like Kasich too, which is why I'm hoping he'd be the VP pick. Would make Ohio more viable.

I get the isolationist foreign policy p.o.v but I personally would prefer an American hegemony than other countries controlling foreign policy. It's not really attractive from a fiscally conservative perspective but there's been a hegemonic drive in American foreign policy since the Korean War.

A Rubio/Kasich ticket would probably be the best combination for the GOP. OH, FL, Hispanics, and even the female vote... just ask Mrs. Gramps. :)

I remember being called a fool on here back in August for even mentioning a Rubio/Kasich ticket.

I'd go with Rubio/Susanna Martinez or Nikki Haley.

Rubio could take Ohio with an endorsement from Kasich.

There are certain... "elements"... on here that will still call you a fool for that. No true conservative will turn out for the 5th or 6th most conservative senator in Congress! But for some reason they will for a guy who advocates for universal healthcare and says eminent domain is a good thing.

Kasich is far more qualified to be VP than those two ladies.

Kasich is probably one of the most qualified in the race right now to be POTUS IMO. But I don't feel he can be elected. Bash away, but I don't see the general public responding to him.

But also don't discredit the left attacking the GOP about the "War on Women" and all that. Having a female on the #2 position could be very helpful in that regard. And both of those ladies have executive experience as well as being popular in their States. Martinez has been a Governor for five years and won a reelection. Same goes for Haley. Both have high approval ratings and won their reelections handily.

And neither are as controversial as many could be going forward. The GOP could do a lot worse than to take a hard look at those two going forward.

I agree, but it annoys me that the whole 'war on women' BS has led us down a road where we end up hiring people on the basis of gender over merit.
