If Rubio has stayed with substance he may be in 2nd place now.

I agree about Christie. I did not the night of the debate. You said that night someone had made a deal with Chris to attack Rubio. I was wrong, you were right.

Is it okay to reverse my position on that matter just so we can argue? :)

Being serious for a moment, I honestly don't know if Trump was the one that planned that out. I thought that might have been the case at the time, but now I'm not entirely positive he was the one. What we see now might lead one to believe that was the case, but if it was, why did the Christie campaign sell their donor list to the Rubio campaign? And supposedly Christie was "angered" by a call from Rubio seeking his endorsement which is why he moved to Trump. All this well after the NH debate. So my two questions would be:

Why would they sell that list (save the obvious money factor) to a campaign they were allegedly at odds with?

And secondly, why was Rubio asking for an endorsement of a candidate he was allegedly at odds with?

I do think someone put Christie up to that (thanks for coming around) but I don't think it's the elephant in the room.

Christie just trying to find someone to glob on to since his term is almost up. He seems to enjoy the camera a whole lot. Not quite to McCain level but he's working on it.

Yup, I know. But you had a little chubby for CC early on, and I like to poke at Gramps sometimes.

You are correct, well almost. I wouldn't call it a chubby.

I actually enjoy the occassional little poke. At times I need a swift kick to the azz.

:)

Good points. Once again you may be spot-on.

Christi realized he wasn't going to be POTUS. I think his goal now is to be Attorney General.
