Not worth your time? I'm sure you will be one of the first to ***** a complain about the president. By not voting, you are basically saying it's not worth your time to exercise a right that so many died protecting on your behalf. I don't care who or what you vote for, but not voting is pathetic IMO.

What is the loathing is equal on both candidates? I can't stand either Clinton or Trump for different reasons. Can I write in Rubio?

Trump has stated he wanted a Washington Politician to be his running mate. Someone that knows their way around.
My guess for VP right now is Newt.

Trump/Palin ticket or gtfo.

C'mon Murica', lets go full retard.

I am trying to decide on who the lesser evil is (I think all of them are pretty terrible), but vote regardless because it's an important right that many take for granted.

**Ok, I'm off my soapbox and will stop my ranting :)

Deciding between the two would be like debating the nuances of why the sixth level of hell is worse than the fifth.

We're all screwed at this point. The anger at the establishment apparently has more weight than rational thought. Who'd have thought that people would have believed that the solution to 'Making America Great Again' would be to hire the douchiest megalomaniac on the planet.

The inability of the Republican Party system itself to see beyond its navel made it impossible for them to understand this sea-change in the electorate, or adjust to it. They had much warning and decided to ridicule the tea party instead of working to understand it. They scratched their heads at the firing of Eric Cantor. They thought “they” were responsible for the Republican takeover of the House and Senate. Will they at some point take credit for President Trump? Will they at least stop calling the conservative base Brown Shirts?

You still have a duty to vote, regardless who for and you are more than welcome to write in.

I don't disagree with you in that respect. I believe it's somewhat alarming the lack of support Cruz has from his colleagues and speaks to his abrasive personality.

That some of these people have thrown their weight behind Trump is questionable to me, the most recent example being Sessions from Alabama.

I never put much into endorsements, seems as people either want to be with the winner or want some position out of it

Only 20k? How many are camped out at the Chunnel entrance trying to get in? How many refugees does Trump want to bring in?

You sound like a man who's worried that hundreds of thousands of Muslim refugees are going to sail across 4,000 miles of ocean just so they can dock all their dinghies right at your beach house in Myrtle.

That attitude and thinking is what I do not understand about those far right conservatives.

Not be argumentative but could you please explain how you could support a politician that cannot get along with his own party. He would never be able to get his policies through congress.

There has never been a good president nor will there ever be a good president that is not smart enough to work with those with different viewpoints than he has.

The only reason I can see anyone supporting Cruz are those that want a do nothing at all Washington. That does not make sense to me.

Everyone complains about how DC operates then finally someone comes in and goes after both parties and now people don't like him for that, isn't that what most of us wanted?

Everyone liked McCain and Dole, how did those work for us?
