Reagan was a compassionate conservative when it came to immigration. He was more open to immigration than modern liberals. You know why? Because cheap labor is beneficial to the economy and he had a passion for small government*.

Rand Paul is like Reagan on immigration. Secure the border and go for practical solutions in dealing with the illegals who are here. Trump is saying deport them all? We cannot afford that.

*not saying he always acted on that

Or, you know, weigh in on the discussion instead of giving unwanted commentary on the nature of the dialogue.

Being a dick isn't part of my make up.



It would be nice though for some to have a conversation like adults instead of battered husbands.

Their wives control them at home, so the need to show their superiority on a web site.

I don't have a problem with the things he is saying except I am a little wary of this:

“In the 21st century it must be based on what skills you have and what you have to contribute economically.”

I don't have a problem with the "contribute" part, but I don't like the "skills" part. I don't want quotas. The market will sort things out in that regard.

There use to be this guy that was a friend of a friend, and at college parties he would bring a bottle of mailbu rum and just carry it around drinking from it; 30 mins later he was 'drunk'. What a pu$$y.
