Depends on the market you are speaking of.

I'd say he's done pretty dang well in the real estate market.

With real estate being my thing and starting with a little less than a grand, I suppose my target should be, what, 2.5 million to be considered Trump level of success?

****, I'll be as skilled as Don sooner rather than later.

Seriously, though. You give me a million dollar loan (which, by the way, was a helluva lot more back then), it'd be difficult to not end in 10 figures.

I am afraid that the GOP establishment is warming up to Trump in order to knock Cruz out early. They figure that Cruz is done if Trump wins both Iowa and N.H., so they want Trump to win those 2, therefore marginalizing Cruz. They will play nice for a while, and then turn on Trump. Trump is no idiot. I feel sure that he has thought of this possible scenario.

Then the GOP will set their sights on Trump by getting others like Bush, Carson, Kasich, etc. to drop out and throw all their support behind one candidate like Rubio. In a one on one battle, they think that they can beat Trump. The GOP establishment wants none of Cruz or Trump. Fox News is part of that political establishment.

The only GOP candidate with a shot against Hillary or Bernie is Marco Rubio. If Trump or Cruz gets the nomination, the general election results will be laughable.

The democrats have already one because Trump isn't electable and he says he will run as an independent if he loses (because he's a spoiled brat).

The establishment does not want Cruz as the nominee, he is unelectable in the general.

Trump may or may not be electable in the general. He is definitely a gamble for the establishment to embrace.

Rubio is rising in the polls quickly. He has very little ground game in Iowa but some pundits are thinking he has a chance to pass Cruz and finish 2nd.
He would be formidable candidate in the general and appears to be the establishments man at the moment.

If Trump wins IA, NH and SC most candidates will have no choice but to drop out and the establishment will get behind a Rubio, Kasich or Christi thinking one of these guys can knock Trump off. I think NH will play a big role in which candidates are in or out.

Whoever the Dems put up because the GOP is dumb enough to think Trump can win a general election.

Trump is the strongest republican in the general. Don't let the media tool you.

Bernie is the strongest for the Dems. Trump is the strongest for the Republicans.

The media is saying they can't win because they are the only 2 candidates NOT controlled by Wall Street and Corprorate money.

The corporate media will do everything in their power to brainwash people into thinking they can't win.

In the grand scheme Trump vs Sanders could be one of the best things to happen for this country. The two party system is broken, spitting out empty suit party constructs built to toe the party line above all else. They care only for their own preservation, the needs of their constituents be damned.

Trump and Sanders are being fueled by an electorate which is completely fed up with American politics, spanning all ideologies. The message being sent is quite clear.

If we get an election between two non-establishment candidates, perhaps this will be the first step in tearing down the ineffective political structure now in place. This isn't really about how effective the next president will be, it's about the possibility of reshaping the politics in the country to effectively manage the growing pile of issues we face.

Balanced budgets? Does anyone truly believe either party is serious about it? Do not, because they are not. True fiscal conservatism has become a fairy tale in America, it exists in neither party. The political duopoly must be torn down and replaced by something effective. Trump or Sanders as president very well could be the initial step down that path.

Exactly.

And its for that very reason Sanders and Trump are my top 2 choices. Eventhough one is a socialist and the other a facist.

The 2 party system and corrupt campaign finance has ruined the political process to such a degree that we need a shakeup of this magnitude.

Give me a call when you reach nine figures. We'll party.

BTW, does VolsNSkinsFan have a circle jerk of posters who all like each other's posts? That's the only way I can conclude he keeps getting at least 1 like on every post he makes.

Just curious:

Trump said he supported McCain for president. Then after he lost Trump called him a loser and said he doesn't like losers.

After trump loses either the general or primaries:

Should he be put on suicide watch due to his loathing of losers?

Maybe you guys should do something constructive besides posting memes. Maybe Rand will get 1/2 the support of Jeb! If you guys put some effort out there. You guys can't even type "I support Rand". No wonder he is at 1%

I support Rand. A true conservative. Why would I be ashamed? You have a weird set of values when you think popularity is important to the point of shame.
