2016 Election Thread Part Deux

Johnson polled at 16% in Iowa the other day. Send his poll numbers are steadily rising. Really want to see him in the debates this fall.

Hard to handicap today's news. Base was already on board even if indicted. Independents got a mixed bag today - no indictment but a sack load of new facts showing her lying nature and questioning her judgement.

Probably a wash

Agreed. It'll affect fence voters but not the blue tie mafia.

That's the problem though. This is the 4th Pres election in my voting life and I have yet to find a candidate to really support. There are those I hate, but none I like.

Oh well.

My first was Reagan in 1980 - I supported him but I was 18 and didn't really know much.

Supported GHWB in 1988

I would say I support Johnson this time around as much as I've ever supported a POTUS candidate.

Hillary: Trump rigged his Atlantic City businesses so he got paid no matter what" :eek:lol::eek:lol:

she should be careful using the word "rigged"

Hey Trump. Lets hear a good rigger work song.

This is pretty telling that the power brokers in the GOP haven't bought in to Trump at all and are giving him little support. Prolly means Trump gets replaced at the convention or before with his antics now wearing incredibly thin.

Actually, he probably just did Trump a favor.

That's a good thing..

Every person in the GOP that wants to have a political future is going to run away from VP slot on his ticket. You'd spend 3/4 of your time trying to explain away his latest ridiculous statement, and the other 1/4 trying to repair relationships with everyone he offended, yesterday.

Think about it: At the convention, no Romney, McCain, GHW Bush, GW Bush, no Jeb, most of the other candidates this year staying away. He's a trainwreck waiting to happen, and they know it, and they don't want to be tied to the aftermath.
