Anyone talking about Trump University doesn't know a thing about business and/or the business man. Trump didn't start up some school to scam people out of money. They simply attached his name to the "school" because he's rich and his name would sell. Nothing more, nothing less.

So when he claims he "hand selected the teachers" you say he had nothing to do with this? Sounds like fraud to me.

That's a crime? Im sure there's an interview process and applicants are screened. Then the board hand selects just like any job one applies for, amirite?

If you think that Donald Trump just sits around by himself thinking "hmm...what can I do next to rip people off", you're so so wrong. You said it yourself, that he is ONE of the founders of Trump U. Notice the other two peoples names aren't in the name? Some of his associates came up with the idea, pitched it, Trump gave it a green light.

Your friend is claiming Donald trump has nothing to do with this organization. He claims they just bought the rights to use his name (which is false). If that were true, then his claim that he personally hand selected the teachers, would be fraud.

It's less fortunate folks trying to get a paycheck from "the man". In this comparison,
"the man" is Trump and Tennessee. Tennessee settles, more suits follow. Trump settles, more suits follow. Result, both of them are saying **** off to the people suing them.

You do know trump university has already lost a few lawsuits? And that they were actually breaking the law, right? Even their name itself was illegal.
