They become unemployed or hire and pay someone who knows how to run a company.

Yes.. and they get to make the decisions on the workers lives just because they had money to buy shares. Doesn't matter where the money came from.. doesn't matter they have never stepped foot in the place... all that matters to them is how to make more profit.
