There is a boy in the 8th grade in Meigs Co. that I would put up against him !!! And his uncle played for U.T. and the Seahawks . Zydarius Moore ... The boy is GOOD!

He plays for Leeds High School. Small school powerhouse his only knock for now is his speed which will improve as he matures and trains. Just won the offensive MVP for some underclassmen All-Star game. Also was the RB MVP at the Oklahoma Camp over the summer. 8th Grader better bring it if he were to come down to Bama. :)

46 Td's. this year and didnt play every quarter . Is that good enough ? He has speed to burn but isnt afraid to run over you either !

If I would compare him to someone it would be Chuck Webb .

Second coming of Chuck Webb, huh? Great, bring him on up to the Hill in 4 more years & we will see what he can do (maybe in 5 years). But until then, I think we will keep our eyes on the other RBs that will be coming down the pike. :hi:

No offense, but some of the better middle school players that I played with didn't even start in high school. Some of the best middle schoolers are the kids that mature the fastest. The kid could be legit, but lets see how he does against JV teams before we compare him to Chuck Webb...

He would have been the starting running back this year if he could have played for them . He is about 5-10 and 180 right now .

I remember this kid... He had zero touchdowns in the first four games... Then his balls dropped....

8th graders being discussed on VN. :whistling:

I don't understand what the hell went on in this thread. I said check this young Freshman Back out. He's starting at the HS level now and already being looked at by college coaches. Guy comes in wanting to compare an 8th Grader to him. Which will be fine after next year when he plays "HS ball". I know this young back already has good size(5'11 195lbs) and footwork for a young RB prospect. And is doing well at every camp he attends. Again I hope the young guy you all are talking about is very good. :salute:
