2014 Vandy in Nashville
2014 Music City Bowl in Nashvile
2015 UAB in Nashville

Those could be our next 3 games...maybe the Music City Bowl passes on us because of this.

All the other FBS schools from other states that schedule TN teams will send the $$$ in-state. If we have to play patsies, then UTM/UTC/MTSU are acceptable. But, I would rather broaden it out a little.

The best idea would be a permanent home and home series with Memphis

This is a great scenario. We will have the best team we've had in a long time next year. Couple that with the least brutal schedule in a long time. I see every game as winnable. Bama is questionable. Of course we won't go undefeated but it's actually imaginable, where this year it just wasn't even a thought.

Very good chance to get the program back to the level it was from 1989-1994 which would be a very good advance.

On the contrary, with the new playoff system, you are going to see more and more teams scheduling teams from the other power conferences as out of conference opponents.

In fact, you will see the OOC schedules get more difficult.

Along with ohio state, we should add va tech as well.

Vols don't get UTC, Memphis often. Believe we've only played MTSU only once in the last 15 years.

Very happy Arky is at home. They will be a great team since we literally always schedule the two best SEC W opponents.

That makes sense. I hadn't really considered the idea just as long as those teams schedule games where they get paid, it has the same effect. I do wish Memphis would stop being a big baby and play us though.
