Trying to say one is the MVP on one play is a joke argument.
Me too.
Or drove and made it.
He appeared like he could at least go for the basket but he slowed up and then a cluster f occurred. Sucks for him but I preferred it.
Okay, how about saying one is the MVP based on two games head to head? And also the Warriors beat the Rockets 3-1 during the regular season I thought. Curry beating Harden head to head has become a common the one of the reasons Harden shouldn't have been MVP over Curry. Missing a free throw is another, Curry would have never missed that free throw with 2 minutes left in a game like this imo.
All this is silly. Head to head matchups in the regular season mean nothing. Two, saying Curry would never miss that FT is ridiculous. I'm sure Steph has missed a FT like that. Three, it's two games and Harden has played as well and maybe even better than Curry. Curry has the clearly better team.
"When we got the rebound, someone fell down for [the Warriors] and someone was out of bounds for them. I mean, I could draw up a lot of plays, but there wasn't going to be one guy laying on his back and one guy out of bounds. So I just let them go." - Kevin McHale
