Week #9 is up. Good luck!

Guys this is the weekly pick contest which will last the entire season and consist of 14 weekly entries.

Each week I will select 10 games from around college football, which will be posted on Sunday (or Monday at the latest). I will not include any Thursday or Friday games, just to keep things consistent with the entry deadline.

All entries will be due before noon (Eastern Time) on Saturday.

The season winner will receive a $300 Amazon gift card.

Please post in this thread if you have any questions, suggestions, or comments.

Also, I strongly suggest setting up a recurring reminder on your computer or phone. If you miss a week, you can still have fun competing with other members, but it will be really hard for you to win the contest.

why am I showing up with 5 correct for last week when I got 7?
checked a few others, they are in the wrong place, too.

Did a little better this week. Only a couple this week that look scary. But who knows, it's been a roller coaster year.

You might try refreshing. I show you with seven correct last week. I'm not sure what you mean by others are in the wrong place.

Freak you are in an interesting position to test a theory. A few weeks back Dave Bartoo of cfbmatrix.com said that for five years in a row week six had the biggest number of outright upsets. It would be interesting to track your year to year results to see if picks fluctuate with consistency.

Also, would be interesting to see a chart of everyone who has ever played and their overall results.

I filled mine out last night and didn't get a confirmation E-Mail, did it go through or do I need to fill it out again?

In last weeks results I am showing up as having only 4 games correct. Checking my entry it should be 7 correct. Am I missing something?

Last week I was four points off of the total in the Texas a and m and Alabama game.

Can LSu keep up their momentum at home we'll find out this Saturday although ms bulldogs will be a steep test in a league of it's own compared to Kentucky that look like a pretender that got exposed when they finally played a formidable team.

Wouldn't you know it...the week I hit it in first place and a dozen others are up there with me !!!

Oh well, such is life...still just 10 points out of the overall lead.
On to this week's picks:
Minnesota - Jerry Kill has these kids playing well right now and Illinois is no match
Virginia - probably my "upset" pick this week, even in the close game against ND, I don't think UNC looked that good
GA Tech - I think tech is slightly better in the trenches
Miss - THIS will be one to watch, but I think ole Miss is riding high right now and playing with a ton more confidence than LSU
AZ - Again, RichRod has brought the flying spread to the dessert and the dessert likes it
Utah - USC is still on the rebound and utah gets it done wiht a little defense
OKSt - Again really just flipped a coin...I likely miss on this one
KSU - texas has yet to find a complete game
TENNESSEE - Yep probably costs me a point, but I HATE ALA-F'N-BAMA !!!
MSU - NO way KY is even in this one
