Butch Jones was very clear he wants to recruit from within out! Which I agree we haven't down in forever.

Outside of the kid in Gallatin, Josh Malone, who are others in the state that are a MUST to lock down?

Tennessee kids need to play for Tennessee!!!!!!!!!

What can we do as fans to help in recruiting? Anything? Or is even talking to players forbidden? Seems like from a fan standpoint we can offer our support for both UT and the importance of kids staying home and representing their homeland!!!!

Bars is from MBA but his brother is at Michigan...

Max Preps has their top 100 out and Bars, Hurd, Kelly, and Malone are on the list.

It has been silent around here regarding Corn Elder. What is the deal? Any word on where he leans? I believe he visited UCLA and BlOwHio St

Corn just seems to want to leave the state and always has felt that way. Getting Wharton was a key factor in helping lock these other 2014 guys down. Kelly jr would give a major boost to helping if he would commit early

I got the 86 Sugar Bowl game for Christmas and I couldn't get over how many in state players we had for starters on that team ! I think for us to get where we need to be we need the best players from or state first and then go else where !

Replied this earlier today in another post. Very important to LOCK down our state. Look at bamas roster. It is mostly home talent. Has just a few from TN and they are good ones. They have been coming and gettin our best fo too long. We keep our best and it will go a long way for our future.

I just spit sprite up my nose. Their homeland?

Anyway we need 8-10 players from the state of Tennessee every year to be successful. The state seems to be producing enough players to do that now. We will never get every player in the state we want though no team in any state does that.
