I honestly haven't paid much attention to Looney's recruitment process. Can anyone provide a quick summary on why he is probably picking UT over others? CCM a big factor?

Unofficials to Wisc (twice), Marquette, and UT. UW hoping for a last visit after Looney completes officials. (per 247)
Two schools in state. You aren't countering his statement. Wisconsin is basically an official because he can afford it. Thanks for playing tho
Tennessee gets a shot at making a large statement on the recruiting landscape this weekend when the Vols host five-star forward Kevon Looney on his official visit. The nation's No. 13 overall prospect has been the focal point of the Vols' recruiting efforts in the 2014 Class for almost the last month and this weekend they'll have a chance to make their case.
Looney has already made official visits to Florida and Duke and has further trips lined up to Michigan State and UCLA. He has also made an unofficial visit to Wisconsin this fall and the Badgers appear to be a factor as well.
Looney has given away very little to say the least about which way, if any, he may be leaning. Our efforts to dig up some sort of feel this week seem to indicate that the Vols are in this one deep and looking at Duke as their main competition. With two more visits after this weekend--to a pair of powerhouse programs--and a long time until the early signing period, much could change here.
Looney is one of the most versatile scorers in this class and has the potential to be an instant impact player at the next level along the same lines of former Vol Tobias Harris. It's hard to underestimate what landing him could do not only for the Vols' current class but their national profile as well as the outlook for the 2014-15 season.

Not anything we don't know, but as conservative as VQ is, this makes me optimistic. Will be interesting what the vibe is coming out of the visit.
