2014 Damn NBA Playoffs Thread

I like Westbrook but he does look like a Ninja Turtle.

I mean he's a great player, don't get me wrong, but he does do a lot of flailing and falling down. After almost every possession he has, if there's even a chance that he got fouled, he's in the refs ear. Granted, this is a problem in the NBA nowadays, but I feel like he does it a lot.

As a Heat fan, Ben can't speak on these types of activities. :)

What parts do you go to?

Everybody in Tennessee drives down right into rush hour, sits in traffic trying to get to a downtown stadium, and then goes home and talks about how much Atlanta sucks. Atlanta's a fine place to live as long as you don't live out in the suburbs and work downtown or something.

That's almost never what I actually do, but every time I go is either for a sporting event or concert. We normally try to drive down at a time to avoid rush hour, stay somewhere around Perimeter Mall, and ride MARTA to avoid sitting in traffic. I wasn't specifically hating on ATL, I just don't think living in any massive city would be for me.

I used to be a big Wade fan. Then he started rolling around kicking his feet all the time, like a baby with a poopy diaper. It drives me nutts all the whining from Russ and KD too just play.

I'm the same way. I hate that the league has turned into this. You can't hardly play any defense without getting a ticky tack foul called on you. This causes guys to just stop playing defense for the most part, that's why you see 130-123 score games. Every rough play that's even questionable you're getting suspended. The way the NBA has become is what's making it hard for college guys to adjust. The NCAA and NBA are two separate games now. Guys come in used to having to play D, and try to score without flopping. It's hard for them to adjust, IMO.

I disagree. College basketball has way more fouls called. I almost hate college basketball.
