2014 Damn NBA Playoffs Thread

Finally got to watch the game. Nice to see Perk and Thabo show up. I love me some Steven Adams, I'm gonna guess he makes Blake cry at some point.

In other news, Russ just scored on a post up on Collison after blowing by CP3...again.

Hard to beat OKC when Durant and Russ play like that. Clippers didn't have a bad game, but they got smoked.

Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant became the first players on the same team to have at least 30 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists in a regular-season or playoff game.

LeBron James joins Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan as the only players in NBA history to have 4,000 points, 900 rebounds and 900 assists in the playoffs.

Trailblazers rebound defeating the spurs in a game 2 going down to the wire.

Is trailblazers in reference to the excellent car made by Chevy or do they mean freakin fast runners?

So will the parody continue we'll find out today of teams that lost game 1 winning in game 2.

I'm going to guess it was named after explores that blazed a trail to the north west. Definitely not the car.

Oregon Trail, dog

I think Timmy is the exception because of how he plays. JMO

Lebron's body will lose explosiveness, but he'll still have his height and strength and I believe he will be an exception to the rule as well. He won't be the Lebron we know today, but a star into his late 30s, IMO.

Maybe, but i'm talking more about his body breaking down. Yeah i know he's built like a tank, but that wears on joints. Plus Timmy played an old mans game, LBJ doesn't. I honestly think he just retires near his peak, he doesn't strike as a guy that will just hang around.

It's crazy to think of Lebron declining but I don't seem him maintaining this level of play past 33-34. Eventually his body is just going to wear down and not be able doing what he does nightly. He'll still be a star but not making those crazy plays routinely. Kinda like Vince Carter. He'll get up every once in a while but nothing like back in the day.
