Pops is likely gone and 13 is the number

15 total---13 scholarship and 2 walkon. The walk on rule was changed a couple of years ago.

Iirc, the walk-on thing is not a rule as such, it is now UT's policy to only allow 2 walk-ons for men's basketball

Nah, I was on a government computer at work.
