She doesn't play basketball, so guessing this has to do with Austin, and I'm guessing she has been informed of his decision.

Also, her profile picture is of her and Jarnell, TIFWIW.

Hopefully he commits and JW3 sees it and commits. They have to see the potential of a championship run with those three and Stokes. I love it

well Nichols likely wont commit publicly until after his visit here october 20th...j3 is going public october 18th...so he may already know Nichols decision, but it wont have gone public.

Has anyone seen, or even read about, Nichols' game? I know he is a big time recruit, especially since Coach K was seriously after him (and Hubbs), but I just don't know how he plays, etc. It sounds like Hubbs is a good athlete with range that still likes to slash. Is Nichols a shooter/finesse guy? Is he an athlete, etc.? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Here's espn evaluation:

Strengths:
Fundamentally sound big man who keeps the ball high on the block and off the boards, he can score with his back to the basket, runs the floor very well and can knock down a short jumper.

Weaknesses:
Seems to be a trend of thin post/wing players in the Memphis area. Nichols is sound fundamentally but he has narrow shoulders and needs upper body strength badly to compete on the interior on the next level.

Bottom Line:
Nichols is a hard worker who has excellent footwork and passing skills out of the post.

If Stokes and Nichols are on the floor, there isn't another team in the country with 2 big men with better hands and fluidity catching passes.
Problem is, our guards haven't shown that they can feed the post at various angles, or lead their big guy with a pass that puts him in a place to finish. As soon as this team gets better interior passing and passing to the block, they could be nasty. Then of course, the 3's open up.

Nichols strikes me as somewhat of a poor man's Tyler Hansbrough, minus the strength. Both run the floor well, have good back to the basket games and post moves, and can shoot.

Hansbrough was a better rebounder and defender at the same stage, but likely due to Nichols' lack of upper body strength. If he adds the strength, combined with his intelligence and skill level, he could dominate.
