i don't know if anyone here would care, but would you seriously want divisions broken down like that......especially, with the ole miss for georgia swap.

would winning give you any respect at all?

it's funny to me how some people complain about not getting any respect or how great the program is historically while other people want to draw up divisions like these in order to rig wins because they have no confidence whatsoever that they can compete.

i want no part of being in a big 12 north and have been embarrased to be in the sec east for the last 2 years. i wouldn't want any part of that alignment if i were a tennessee fan.

Whoever comes out of that South division, deserves to play for a NC no matter their record.

Lol, boy this post got some gators attention. Ya'll are so talented in Florida you can compete with Bama and LSU every year.

Missouri will come to the East, that's the only thing that will change. It's the easiest, and most seamless transition for all teams involved.

bingo. All that'd have to be figured out is if their cross-division matchup would be Arkansas (for border rivalry reasons) or Texas A&M (for recruiting reasons)

We didn't start playing Florida every year until 92, so its not like that would be some tragic loss of tradition.

I don't care how they are drawn up as long as there is some balance.

But, you can't tell me that you're divisions weren't drawn for express purpose of trying to get tennessee as many wins as possible, not what would be good as a league

So true!!!...and the winner from the North might get there by default since the South number one might not make it out of it's own division...

Swap Missouri for Auburn to east to make it geographically consistent. Won't happen because of losing the Iron Bowl. I really don't like not playing Bama game every year at all.

SEC North:
Missouri
Kentucky
Vanderbilt
Tennessee
Georgia
Arkansas
South Carolina

SEC South:
Ole Miss
Mississippi State
Auburn
Alabama
Florida
LSU
Texas A&M

If you draw a line through the map those are the divisions you get. Wonder if we could somehow get this negotiated?

I don't think any of the North schools would be very eager to forego regular games in Texas, Louisiana, or Florida. Huge recruiting hit vs. the teams in the South.

more than likely you'd lose UT-Bama rather than the iron bowl in that scenario

if you just put MO in east and a&m in west there is no reason to lose the UT bama game as you could keep all the guarantee games from east to west and just have MO play a&m for their guarantee east west game

this really makes the most sense and i think is probably the most fair way to do it

Wonder what happens if we add schools from east in future? For example FSU, Virginia Tech, etc...

I guess FSU could go to west and Tech go to east?
