It is incredible to think about the returning talent we will have next year.
O
QB- Tyler Bray (JR)
RB- Marlin Lane (SO) / Rajion Neal(JR) / Tom Smith(SO)
WR-Justin Hunter(JR) / DeAnthony Arnett(SO) / Zach Rogers(SR)
WR-Da'Rick Rogers(JR) / Vincent Dallas(SO) / Matt Milton(JR)
TE-Mike Rivera(SR) / Brendan Downs(SO) / Cam Clear(SO)
T-Dallas Thomas(SR) / JaJuan James(JR) / Tiny(So/rsFR?)
G-Zach Fulton(JR) / James Stone(JR) / Marcus Jackson(SO)
C-Alex Bullard(JR) / Mack Crowder(RSFR)
D
DE-Jaques Smith(JR) / Marlon Walls (SR) / Jordan Williams(SO) / Willie Bohannon(SR)
DT-Dan Hood(JR) / Corey Miller(JR) / Mo Couch(JR) / Allen Carson(SO)
LB-Herman Lathers(SR) / Curt Maggitt(SO) / AJ(SO) / Christian Harris (RSFR)
CB-Prentiss Waggner(SR) / I Lanier (JR) / Eric Gordan (JR) / Justin Coleman (SO) / Teauge (SR)
S-Brent Brewer(JR) / Brian Randolph(SO) / Byron Moore(JR)

Throw in all the freshman and we are going to be an extremely improved team next year.

We lose 3 starters...that is crazy to me.

:good!:

That's assuming that experience equates to significantly better performance. Tennessee will be better, for sure, but "freaking awesome" might be another year away.

Wish we had a freak at running back and a lock down corner.

Also more speed at OLB and another Malik Jackson type at DT. We'll be decent but not great.

I think some of the Freshman will be able to help here.

Also Curt will get much faster and AJ will probably slide in the Middle with Herman taking the other OLB spot.

Losing Jackson on the DL will hurt. You can't replace him with a freshman/sophomore.

True, but I bet you see a HUGE jump for Mo Couch between this year and next.

Remember Nick Fairly barely even cracked the two deep his first year at Auburn. His second? Went crazy!

I think Tiny moves to Guard, dude's a mauler and would love to seem him pave some lanes for (no pun intended) Lane.

He has NFL tackle size and strength. You don't move that to guard. He'll play at tackle next year if D Thomas doesn't step his game up like he should have done awhile ago.

True, but he'll need to improve his pass blocking before, if that's the case, that seems to be a liability with him at this point.

But then, he's only a freshman...

I think I counted and our number of RS SO's or older in the two deep will jump from 16 to 26.

That is pretty good.

Still a lot of question marks. Our Run blocking has been crap. Hopefully, it improves tremendously next year. Is Marlin Lane talented enough to be the feature back next year? Our Corners/Safeties are still very Avg. Linebacker will be interesting to see how well we improve there. DE & DT still need quality depth, will depend on how good the JUCO guys are and how well Corey Miller & Jordan Williams improve.

Offense will certainly be explosive tho.

I know there will be question marks, but I don't see how we don't improve at every position except staying equal at rb and a drop off at one dt. We should be much better
