Feel free to post your projections, herew goes;

1)UGA
2)USC
3)UF
4)UT/Mizz
5)Mizz/UT
6)VD
7)KY

Note: Vandy could actually suprise in 2012 as they have a schedule almost as weak as UGA's, and they seem to be improving. Mizzu should be competitive, might be better than anticipated. USC and UF play LSU, UT and Mizzu play Bama, UGA plays Ole Miss.:rtfm:

Could maybe even throw Florida in that mix at 4.

Florida will not have an offense next year. They lose Brantley, Demps, and Rainey. That was all they had this past season.

They do have question marks (including a new O Coordinator), but I don't know if I'd go that far..

QB Driscoll (sp?) was highly rated out of HS, and even though they don't have elite WRs or RBs, they still have some athletes that can probably do some damage..

They will NOT have an offense this year... I don't even think Driskell will be the starting QB... name another RB or WR they have? Their OL is solid, but lack proven depth

uga will back in again. I dont think we finish lower than third. Mizzou may start strong but I think their first sec schedule will grind them down.

Believe me, I hope you're right.. I have no idea on their personnel because I don't keep up with their players. But you're right in that they don't have any big names at the skill positions.

I see it as
1.) UGA - The schedule just sets up way too nicely for them. (I also think they probably have the most talent and experience as well) 10-2 (6-2)
2.) TN- We also have a ton of talent and experience returning as well and have a more favorable schedule than USCe and UF. 9-3 (5-3)
3.)USCe- Latti and Shaw will keep the running game going. Clowney will make plays but I think their D drops off a little. Losing Jeffery will hurt the passing game a lot. Schedule is tougher than this year. 8-4 (4-4)
4.) UF - Really tough schedule and they lose all of their offense and didn't do a good job addressing those needs on signing day. Their D will be freaking nasty and will keep them in all their games. We need to beat them the 3rd week of the year or we could flip down here with them. 8-4 (4-4) (may lose to FSU)
5.) Vandy - Vandy brings back a good amount of players and schedule is somewhat favorable. I see them bowling again. 6-6 (2-6)
6.) Missouri - They lose a lot of experience and don't have the line depth to play through an entire SEC schedule. I think they struggle next year. 5-7 (2-6)
7.) Kentucky - They will be terrible and will get pummled by 50 by the Vols to close out their awful season. Joker is done. 3-9 (0-8)

Y'all are giving Vandy waaay too much credit. Just because they are getting a new scoreboard, doesnt mean they will win...

1) UT - Just way too much offense for anyone else
2) South Carolina - Will need to get Lattimore back close to 95% to make it this high
3) Georgia - Richt always does just enough to hang onto his job and get another two-year extension. He got that in 2011. His track record on the year after extension is horrible.
4) Missouri - I think they will show that thay belong
5) Florida - Beats Vandy 6-3 to stay out of 6th place
6) Vandy - Lose a lot of close ones. Franklin elopes with Clay Travis over Thanksgiving
7) Kentucky - Starts counting the days to basketball season by mid-September

I'll buckle up come Sept 1 with NCS and start our climb back to the top not only of the East but give the West winner a go for their money in the Georgia Dome come Dec 1....what order they end up below us makes me no matter.

Without looking at the schedules past UTs, and more or less looking specifically at the teams.

1. UGA
2. USCjr
3. UT/UF
4. UF/UT
5. Mizzu
6. Vandy
7. UK

The top 4 is anyone's guess. UT, UF, UGA, and USC are all possible. UF will have a completely new set of runningback and a quarterback coming to neyland with a new oc, but we haven't beaten UF in over 5 years.

USC has Lattimore coming off acl tear and if you look at runningbacks coming back from that injury, its not that good the first year back.

UGA scares me the most. They lost their number one target in Orsen Charles but has Malcolm Mitchell, Aaron Murray, and Crowell. UGA just lost 2 very good dbs and a reciever so they are very thin at db. It just helps us more.

People need to realize Mizzou is almost last in returning starters next year.

UT has a realistic shot at winning the east or at least contending for it.

Vols should lose a couple because youth on defense, but they won't because all the other teams suck at life and aren't vols

Look at the schedules past UT's and it will make you feel better about moving us past USC and UF.
