I didn't realize Ezeli was a legit almost 7 foot. thought he was just 6 8 and long.

Again, Stern deserves every bit of thrashing he gets for his wreckless comments and pompous attitude towards the fans. Like I stated before, comments like "The fans dont pay my salary" is one of the many stupid comments that ass hole has arrogantly spewed during an interview. Not a drunk moment... an interview.

Personally, I was glad he went to the Clippers instead of the Lakers but that doesn't change the fact that what he did was bull****. Seriously, it's bad enough he vetoed the trade but then he sent him to the other team in L.A.

That's wrong on so many levels.

If there's 2 guys I'm pulling for in this years draft, its Thomas Robinson and Bernard James. Seem like great young men.

That's what I've been reading on twitter from various folks in the Memphis media. If we're going to get Green, we'll have to work a trade with GS, because they're taking him.

Pistons taking Drummond makes me very happy. At worst, he's DeAndre Jordan. That's valuable in the league. I'm really, really pissed Detroit didn't take Lamb. If you wanted a SF, why not take Darius Miller?

Oh well.

And I'm not going to lie. Miami passing on PJIII and OKC taking him might have swung a title. Miami needed another big who can run and stretch the 4, and they passed on the perfect guy for that? Why?

I saw O'Quinn play three games. That guy has game. That's a steal.

I know a lot of people think Drummond will be a bust. And that's possible.

But he's only 18. A lot of 18 year olds don't know how to work hard. The Detroit organization will work with him. He won't have to be the guy with Monroe there. Drummond can really block shots, and plays good post defense. Like I said earlier, at worst, he's DeAndre Jordan. If Detroit is patient, this pick will pay off.

Wow, I feel there were a lot less trades than you usually see in the NBA draft


Is that somehow a result of something in the recent, new CBA?

Three things:

1) Very good draft

2) Luxury tax. Means cost controlled players are more important.

3) OKC...teams are trying to build through drafts moreso than usual.
