2012 LB Nick Dawson

Why is it that our fans whine everytime Auburn or Clemson get a recruit? Maybe those two staffs can just flat out recruit. Money doesn't do it all folks.

Yep. To put it in perspective, AJ is 6'4" and was 245 in HS. Santos is 6'2" and weighs the same. That is a huge upgrade in size of LB over what we've seen in the last few years.

Mane, either guy would be a definite upgrade. Both are ballhawks and headhuntrs who really get after it. Both have high motors, and we sit pretty good with both so far. Lewis is coming for a visit in July.

+1. They have great recruiting staffs. It's not a surprise they are doing so well in recruiting if you look at the makeup of their staff's.

Clemson has at least 3 Top 25 national recruiters on their staff and Auburn has about the same plus a national championship, which is just an added bonus to use on the recruiting trail.

It all comes down to how hard you work at it. These guys are some of the best at developing relationships with the coaches, parents, and anyone else that influences these kids.

Kiffin and his staff were the same way. They hadn't won a damn thing on the field but they were still able to get elite talent interested in Tennessee during their short time here.

I heard Clemson (to lose) and Louisville with UNC, Tennessee, and Miami rounding it out.

This ^ and that Clemson plays in the ACC...one would think that Clemson would figure more prominently in the BCS/National Championship scene. Talent w/ little results.

It probably means the team he was leaning towards pissed him off for one reason or another, IMO
