I noticed that USC jr had 32 sign this year. What happened to the new rule this year that limited the number to 27 or 28? Could we have signed more?

No enroll 25 max plus back counts..otherwise players don't qualify and are signed and place juco or prep.Or grey shirt

it wasnt just uscjr usc west also signed 30 plus and there on probation
