Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Okay, as for our actual game...

I see many of you are expecting Tennessee to win in a blowout, and I can understand why you are thinking that. With all due respect though, I think that this is going to be a very close game. When I start listing the positives on both sides, it becomes hard for me to pick a decisive winner...keep in mind, I think this may be the best team we've had in a long time.

We may very well lose this one, but I would be surprised if it was by 20+ points. With my red shades on, I'm predicting 31-28, State. Assuming we don't bring our A+ game (more realistic), I'm predicting 34-27, Vols.

Should be a very good game. And if we are fortunate enough to get the win, trust me, it will be a BIG one for us. We aren't taking this UT game lightly. We feel we've finally built up a solid team, and this is a huge opportunity for us...that might explain any optimism y'all may have encountered from State fans. Our fans aren't always this confident, it's just that UT is getting us when we expect to be our best.

Also what dude fails to realize is that Vegas sets, and moves the line according to who is betting on which team etc. They aren't predicting a score.

I still dont understand how the majority of you guys think it will be a blowout. Nothing I've seen, based on last season results, preseason rankings, or even the Vegas spread (which is down to 3-4) points to that scenario playing out. Unless y'all know something that all sports analysts dont, then how can your assessment of the game be so different. Anyone who predicts anything other than a close game is completely guessing

We expect to back where we were last year during the Cincy game (before the terrible injuries) except with even more depth, talent, and experience. I can honestly say i was much more scared of Cincy last year than i am of State this year. No disrespect intended, but yall just dont have the horses to run with us

LMAO, mark me down for brilliant...at least in this instance. With that score, I was thinking a missed XP, and also a blocked FG at some point in the game.
