Dont worry.. The state of tennessee requires graduation from May 20 or later..Give them some time they will enroll.

Not worried, just having some fun...Hubbs said they expect everyone but Loften to make it in...meaning coaches will have 1 too many players to scholarships...should be interesting to see what happens!

What if one goes on Academic Scholarship?

A greyshirt would fix the problem. That player would not be on scholarship until first semester, 2012. Whoever is asked to grayshirt may decide to go elsewhere rather than stay home for six months hoping they can enroll in January. Academic scholarship is against NCAA rules once a player has been recruited.

are you sure? my cousin graduated on the 12th or something like that. As did I three years ago on a similar date.

Ya. He can go on academic scholly but he still counts against numbers. It's against rules not to count him against number of schollys allowed for that class. So for our potential problem of one extra player in 2011 class, academic scholly does not help.

They can greyshirt a few of them. Tino Thomas, for instance, could easily get academic scholarships to hold him over for the year until he joins the squad next year. A couple others have good enough academics for that route.
