Two things happen on this board that continue to astonish me.

1. People complaining about a post being too long. It does not take too much effort to read what you consider a "long" post, and it is well worth it if the information is good. To me, complaining about this is like jumping up and down, waving your hands and yelling "Hey everybody, look how ignorant and lazy I am!"

2. The open hostility toward rival fans posting their comments. It is a public board, they have as much right to be here as us. If you don't like it put them on ignore. It is just that simple.

I had to get that off my chest.

I am uncertain if this is supposed to be an insult or not, I am assuming it is though. I do not have an account on a gator website. Occasionally I will go to a Kentucky website when it is in meltdown mode after a loss, but that is just for giggles, I don't post.

Your D-line is key. If we can pass block I say we win. Now, I can remember Doering and Anthony and Green and Hilliard and Taylor and many other great Gator wideouts. And with all due respect, I laugh at your wideouts this season. We won't shut y'all out, but I don't see y'all shooting it out with us. If we get 28 y'all should have trouble keeping up. A running back based offense at Florida? Really? Next year you will have a new Qb, no back field and no wideouts. We will be All-SEC everywhere on offense. Y'all better hope we don't win this one. Thit could get real ugly!!!!

No backfield and no wideouts? Demps, Rainey, and Deonte Thompson will leave after this season. Next year, the TB's will be for the pro-style offense. The WR's will mostly be SO and JR's.

Saying UF will not have a RB and WR next year is just dumb.

I love to revel in their pain too.

You will have tailbacks, but they will not be great. New Qb, while we have 3rd year Bray. 3rd year Hunter and Rogers vs nobody and nobody at wideout. Child please! 'just dumb', is being a punk ass Gator fan. V,B!

Agreed. The level of stupidity on this board is sometimes overwhelming.

Thanks for the summary OP. It's always easy to be an internet tough-guy when you're hiding behind a computer screen.

I look forward to a good game. My only prediction is Tennessee covers the spread.

getting Mike Davis,Matt Jones or Keith Marshall to go with Nelson A and Diggs will stop all that talk!

Two of the UF posters on here are fans of teams from the North and the Northeast. This sounds like two yankee transplants to me, and no surprise because Florida is full of yankee pests. Just an observation.

Edit: This somehow does not apply to UT yankee transplants. Still trying to work that out. Details to come....

The speed of Florida is still very dangerous. If our defense and special teams don't square up/wrap up or pursue well, Florida will score plenty of points.

These guys (RB) are just too fast to not make plays.

Let the D get their first hit jitters out and they will be fine.
