As a Michigan State guy, this bothers me also.

I realize that I am north of the Mason-Dixon line, and that makes a difference in baseball. But Co-Big Ten Champs, and out recruited by michigan (traditionally a good program, but in some trouble rightnow) and CENTRAL MICHIGAN. . . . . sigh.

CMU is actually a pretty good northern program, and I know some family of the Head coach. Glad they got Mention here.

Michigan State: My HS football coach is an assistant there, and his kid is the Head Coach. They are putting together a very solid program there. Im hoping to help steal some kids away from the area and send north.

There have got to be a couple kids that are not getting the call they want from Eastern Kentucky, or Georgia Southern, or dare I say Appalachian State, that would love to play for a Big 10 University?!?!?! right?!?!

sigh.

Hopefully, the NCAA finds nothing on our baseball program. That's all we're consistently good at.

We don't care about football or basketball. We're an equestrian school.

and what is even funnier, if my daughter had not made the rowing team (novice) she would have been on the Equestrian Team at UT. :eek:lol:

(No pics of the kid, or her horse)
