W- UT-Martin---we win easy 1-0
L- Oregon------Masoli is too much 1-1
L- Florida-----Urban is gone, but too much talent 1-2
W- UAB------we win in similar fashion to week one 2-2
L- at LSU-----we lose in Death Valley 2-3
W- at Georgia----we handle UGA again 3-3
L- Alabama----Saban slips by again 3-4
W- at South Carolina----Spurrier's last year 4-4
W- at Memphis-----they are just awful and we go over .500 5-4
W- Ole Miss----Orgeron's players leave and Nutt sucks 6-4
W- at Vanderbilt---it's Vanderbilt 7-4
W- Kentucky----it's Kentucky. 26. 8-4

Ole Miss will be the crucial game. 8-4 is the likely 2010 outcome

I say 9-3, Oregon early in the season might be to much for a young offensive line to have gelled together but it will help us to beat Florida. At LSU will be tough but who knows with Miles coaching. Georgia will be better but we still should win that one. Alabama will be tough but we do get them at home. USCjr. will go down in flames again. Just hope we do not have a let down game like Ole Miss this year!

Best case 12-0  .... Worst case 0-12 :banghead2:.... Most likely 9-3 or 8-4, however playing in the SEC title game cause I think 2 sec losses will win the East next year as long as you beat FL & GA.

I think UT will win against either LSU or Florida.

That is exactly how I see it breaking down!

8-4. We will not beat Florida or Alabama. They are both better teams then us next year just like they were this year. Everyone is looking into Urban leaving too much. They are still Florida and they will beat us next year and win the East.

Yeah, because they just killed us this year.

What peole are saying about the Oregon game is the same thing pepole were saying about the Cal game in 06 and we handled Cal 35-18. I think we finish 9-3 and sneak our way into the SEC champ game like we did in 07.For a rematch aganist Bama or LSU.

way too early to tell but i'll agree with what seems to be the popular result here: 7-8 wins

I say 8 wins and 4 losses. Relatively confident about 8 of the games (6 wins and 2 losses) with four games as toss-ups in my mind. Split the toss-ups and you've got 8-4.

Alabama, and UGA have new QB's right

Ummm...Alabama has a junior QB who will be back next year. And his being new this year did not really hurt them that much.

For all the "Florida has too much talent" people...they graduate many and several underclassmen will be declaring with the rookie salary cap coming in 2011. They will have a new QB with NO big game experience under his belt when they come to Knoxville. I am VERY confident in our ability to compete and WIN against them next year.

The team held their own against UF and BAMA this season. I believe we get a new kicker for next year. I say we can beat both but it will probably be a split. Due to "anything can happen" I believe 9-3 is possible but will go with 8-4 and a division title.
