Obviously they do not think Stafford is going to help much his first year either since the lions remin at the top of the draft board. You know your life is going no where when Dan Orlovsky is getting the starting nod over you.

I feel sorry for anyone that gets drafted by the Lions. That's pretty much a death sentence for your career, unless you can get yourself traded.

LaGarette Blount and James Starks in the first round? Barring incredible combines I can't believe that.

Seems like this guy is predicting good seasons on some of these players which is a crap shoot.

What do the Dallas Cowboys and possums have in common? They both play dead at home and get killed on the road!!!! LOL

2010 NFL Mock Draft

Apparently some agree that EB is a beast!!!!

This has to be a joke.

Eric Berry is definately top 15, but the likelihood that a team picks a safety #1 overall is slim to none.

Colt McCoy will be the first QB taken and it will be higher than 12.

Tim Tebow is no higher than 2nd round.

Kristopher O' Dowd will be top 10.

Gerald McCoy should be top 5 but no less than 10.

Agreed, although I would say Berry will be a top 5 to 7 pick.

Tebow might see the second round, but it will probably be late second. Most NFL people I've heard so far have him as a mid-round pick.

i dont know about starks but Blount is a heluva running back and had 17tds as second string. He is very similar to a jonathan stewart if you watched him in the Holiday bowl. He is very hard to tackle and will be a successful pro back.

Tebow should be somewhere between Rds 3-5, but someone will overdraft him. I think around mid to late 2nd round.

Blount reminds me of a bigger Marshawn Lynch. he has that upright running style. Can't see McCoy or Tebow as 1st rounders. Gonna be tough selling Berry as a top 3 pick at his size. Ed Reed being undersized for the position helps, though

Dont be so sure about Tebow. I think its entirely possible he might go in the first round. There have been other QBs that ran alot that got drafted in the first round. Michael Vick, Vince Young, etc...
If tebow wins another heisman and or if Florida wins another NC next year he will be highly sought after. The bears QBs arent that great.

So they are certain the EB doesnt come back for his senior year?

I would say that the chances of EB coming back are SLIM and NONE. Too much money to turn down. I can't blame him. I would take 50-60 mil and go play on Sundays too. I also think that he will not be the #1 pick though. Definately a top 10 though. He might be the best player but a rb or dl will probably get the first pick.

Vince Young and Michael Vick had actual arm strength though.
