Totally optimistic view:
UTM - win
Oregon - win ( we have the DC to stop them and they have to travel like 3000 miles and play in the TN humidity in front of 107K)
Florida - lose (but close)
UAB - win
LSU - win (Team plays out of their mind b/c of Dooley's pregame speech about his former employer)
UGA - win (UGA will think they can win; they won't know it and that will be the difference)
Bama - Lose (but close)
USC - toss up but will count it a Loss b/c of what happened in 2009 and on the road
Memphis - Win
Ole Miss - Win
Vandy - win
KY - win

9-3 - 2nd in East b/c GA and FLA will beat SC, Capital One Bowl Bound!

I'd take 7-5 right now but, of course, want 8-4 or better. I think we all better be thankful for every win next year and not get too bummed on losses. CDD et al will coach them up but we are weak in some areas and need time to improve. But I'm willing to be optimistic!

Folks I have a nasty feeling that we ain't hit bottom yet. Five wins might be realistic.

i like your board except for two picks... i think we can and will beat lsu...im just saying offensively they do not impress me but they do have a good defense.. and i believe we will handle uga next year because it is our biggest rivalry( and i know uga fans look at it the same way) i just think we can win those two games

to me, Oregon. GA, and S.Car are the "swing games." We could win or lose any combo of the 3.I say 7-5 0r 8-4. I think we will play Bama and Fla close again just not enough juice to pull them off. We must give the staff time to coach up and recruit another class or two. GO VOLS!

I go into every season lookng at the schedule with the only real doubt in my mind being Florida. That being said, I honestly believe we have the talent here to go undefeated if we stayed healthy in our lines. I don't believe this will happen though so I'm leaning towards 10 and 2.

I said that we will beat them, but it will be tough. Both games will on the road this year which makes it more difficult. Plus, they were both young teams last year and should only be better.

Not too mention we lost players like Berry, Williams, Crompton, and %80 of our O-line.

I think everyone is over-estimating LSU. They aren't invincible at home. Sure, they have a great atmosphere, but compared to other big SEC stadiums, I see it as little more than another road game. Not to mention the pedestrian wannabe spread offense they run (Jefferson is just not that good). Many are calling for the W over Florida and an L at LSU. I say flip them. Florida has ridiculous talent with good coaches. That program shows no signs of moving from the top of the SEC east.

No more so than you should have yours revoked for your blind homerism and not even entertaining the fact that 4-8 is very much in play for next season. With that schedule, and our lack of depth and youth on the o-line and d-line, 4-8 is a lot more likely than 8-4
