2008 Titans

I figured there'd be something in here by now about McNair leading a Ravens pep rally in Nashville tonight...

If anyone is looking for me Saturday, I will most likely be in the club level bar, watching the miserable weather on TV.

Saw it on one (can't remember which) of the Nashville news stations last night. Sounds like the main reason he's doing is to raise money for a charity, which isn't a bad thing.

ProFootballTalk.com - McNAIR DECIDES TO HOST RAVENS RALLY

At first he wasn't doing it. They -whoever made the ravens fundraiser - had said (very prematurely) that mcnair would do/sponsor it before anyone had actually said anything to mcnair...His agent denied it immediately, and when mcnair found out about it, he at first denid it, but when he found out it was for charity he agreed to it....stressing alot in interviews that this was in no was supposed to be seen as a slam against the titans

here's a short write up:
ESPN - McNair now in on Ravens event -- for charity - AFC South

Wow - really surprising. But I agree with the poster who said this game will be harder than the next... we should advance to the SB if we win and come out OK injury wise.

There is that disrespect we need. The ravens favored in our house, if that doesn't piss them off nothing will.

So what was the word on the ticket sales for the game? Whycheck had said there were about 9000 tickets still up that would go to ravens fans or something

last i heard they had sold out in the first five minutes. i just can't believe there would still be empty seats and much less 9000 left.

I read an article that said PSL holders purchased about 65,000 tickets which would leave roughly 4,000 to sell. Those 4,000 tickets sold out within minutes.
