1. Are we ever going to run it?

2. It seems that every team (except NC State) has run this and had success on us with it. Do you think UGA will run the 5 wide the whole game when they are not running the ball?

UGA runs a lot of play action off their running game.

Taking the RB out of the game kinda defeats that purpose.

We have a lot of trouble cover 5 wide receivers. No matter who runs it. I think we match up very well with UGA. We like to blitz and its very hard to do it when you have 5 wideouts on the field. So if they do a lot of under-center passes expect a lot of blitzing. I hope we can rattle Murray a little bit this game. It seems the running Qbs have killed us this year.

UGA is gonna stick to what they do well and make you defend both the run and the pass. Murray is just athletic enough to make some problems for you.

UT has to be able to contain the run without having to commit more than the front 7. And the DL needs to be able to get enough pressure that you don't have to give your hand away and blitz a lot. That has been a problem so far. We have to blitz to get the QB off his spot.

1. Our O-line isn't as great as advertised, and that formation would get Bray killed.

2. The reason that happens is speed. We don't have enough of it to defend that formation.

I agree with you as far as the speed goes. Especially when Teague is out there covering their 2nd or 3rd best receiver. Waggner is fast and so is Colemon. However, since Randolph went down, Brewer is a little slower and that will only make us weaker against covering the 5 wide.
