Not sure Jacobs would start over Waggner or Lanier. Brewer and Randolph are starting safeties.

Otis would end up starting over Lanier. BUT the thing is.. I like depth.. even if he don't start. I like having 3-5 corners who can rotate and not lose talent on the sub. Being able to give either the corners or safeties a break would be a great thing.

Otis, but I think you know this. O. Jacobs is very underated. He has grown a couple of inches since high school and put on about 20 pounds. He has been clocked at 4.31 in the 40. He has returned a few kicks for TDs this year. With the addition of Gray, Watson, and him our special teams improve greatly.
