Is it just me or does Dobbs CLEARLY not want to get hurt?? He has had a few chances to run the ball on 3rd down yet persists on not being hit. I've watched football all day today and guess what, every good QB gets hit. Last year he was a shining star because he ran without fear. This year he has been told he can't get hit, unless it's a sack.

Dobbs can't throw down field and the line can't pass block for longer than a couple seconds. That's not on the play calling

Butch was cheered before the game when he was announced. He was booed and stuff tossed as he exits at half time. Fans in the stadium are cheering the team but not happy with the last 2 minutes on both sides of the ball

The last possession wasn't so great, but We've got 275 yards of total offense. Not sure what playcalls would work better.

missed tackles are a concern no doubt, but my thoughts are the angles we take to get to the ball, just seems so High schoolish

Did they really throw stuff at Butch?

Fumble in the redzone and an easy FG missed... the offense has got a lot of yards minus that last drive. Players aren't finishing. They're getting the passing game going, and Dobbs looks more accurate than Allen who appears to be really struggling in the conditions. Playcalling is fine. Players need to finish.

Josh Dobbs just isn't very good, it is what it is at this point. A good athlete with good not great speed. He makes some terrible decisions on the field to be such a great student. Hurd has played a great game and so has Sutton and Berry but outside of those three not much to cheer. Barnett and dline is missing in action as usual outside of a play or two here and there.

I agree. Vols left 10 points on the field and gave up three big plays

Todd Helton and the Vols playing Georgia in Athens. Forgot what year. Georgia playing our WRs tight. Helton completes one long pass and that opens up the game. Throw one long. See what happens. At least let Arky know we can throw and maybe complete a long one.
