down 21-0 at South Bend, a Johnny Majors coached team followed the Maxims and staged a miracle comeback to win. The breaks went against them early (just like today in Georgia), but they kept their heads about them. they made a few big plays and a blocked kick before the half sparked a momentum change.

No matter how things look in this game, I just can't give up on them -- even though we have Dooley and not someone like Majors coaching them. We just have to make a few breaks

We had a coach that knew how to make adjustments in the 2nd half and give a motivating speech to the team at half time that made them open up a can of whoop azz on the Irish. You really think Dooley has any of that?
